ASSISTANT MARKETING & OPERATION MANAGER

Expand your career as Assistant Marketing & Operation Manager in National Iron Ore & Coal Mining Company which operational location in South Kalimantan.

Experience Required:
1. Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical discipline from reputable university is preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years marketing & trading experience and 4 years as Trader in trading and mining industries is a must.
3. Have direct and indirect buyers networking for iron ore and/or coal consumer in export and local market.
4. Ability to operate in multiple business cultures as well as fluency in English.
5. Have strong leadership & human relationship skills, honest, highly motivated and integrity, teamwork and independently.
6. Proficient PC skills including business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
7. Wiling to be assigned to South Kalimantan.

Responsibilities:
• Report directly to President Director.
• Establish and implement of marketing strategy, plans and programs consistent with short term and long term business objective and goals.
• To manage over all marketing & trading activities, including Iron Ore and/or Coal trading, export and mining operation.
• To make Iron Ore and/or Coal market channels, shipping agents and buyers, including prospecting, dealing, negotiating contracts, establishing pricing, shipping realization to achieve profit ability targets.
• Effectively cooperate and communicate with superiors (Management level).
• Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
